pig wrapped in pig!


ingredients:
pork roast 3 lb
garlic
rosemary
olive oil
salt and pepper
cranberry honey
peppercorn bacon (1 package)

drizzle some olive oil in the pan.
get your pork roast.
stuff garlic cloves thru-out the pork top and bottom
i cut little slits and shove em in! the more the better!
then cover the pork with honey! all over. bathe it in the honey!
get your hands sticky.
next sprinkle fresh rosemary everywhere. all over!
salt and pepper the roast.
finally wrap the roast with strips of bacon. nice and snug.
drizzle some more olive oil over the roast just for fun.
then bake at 350 degrees for 1.5 hours
basting along the way! dont forget!

cranberry sauce:
1 pak of cranberrys
1 large orange (zested and juiced)
3/4 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of grand marnier

pulse and grind! leave slightly chunky
let marry in the fridge for at least 30 min.
